"1701-Back From The Dead" is the fourth episode of The Unreliable's Light's Third Year. It consists of Chapters 58-64 of the original story.
Summary[]
When the USS Enterprise-B ends up in their timeline with no way back, the Unreliable & its crew must help the Enterprise get used to this new timeline... All while Gorn ships from the Enterprise-B's time try to hunt them down.

- Like Convergencies before it, this episode brings up the mention of James T. Kirk's legacy in this timeline. With Alex in paticular going into a lot of detail.
- In Demora Sulu & Breezie McKormic's conversation on the 'Failures Of The 21st Century' history class in the academy, the following topics were mentioned, Tesla Cybertruck, Helluva Boss & Gamer Supps.
- The Sol Torpedoes developed in this story were named after the roman sun god, Sol.
- Johannah's bomber jacket first made in New Ewe On Deck is worn by her here.
- The USS Odyssey is said to have made contact with a living ship that resembled a games console which quickly scurried away.
- The 3rd Chapter's title, Hide Away, is a reference to the song by Synapson that was infamously used in what many dub 'The 50k Animation'.
