Events

Daniel leaves Vulcan and visits Earth in search of Guinan. After many decades of searching, he doesn't find her and decides to leave and return to Vulcan. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X: "The Links' Traitor")
(December) A young New York University student attempts suicide but is revived in a St. Vincent's Hospital emergency room. A mysterious stranger reveals to the student that his surviving the attempt altered the timeline so that one of his younger brothers would die in an accidental drowning in 1986 in Ithaca, New York. The student and the stranger make a deal that results in the student's brother being saved -- but also resulting in the student's death years later, in 2001.
