Events

• Peter Koester, commanding officer of the starship USS Dauntless, is promoted to Commodore for his actions and valor during the Dominion War. The promotion almost takes him off the bridge of his starship and into a desk assignment before the capture of Starfleet-One with the Federation President aboard provides Koester with the leverage he needs to keep his command. • The Battle of Sol is fought between the Federation, with the support of other Alpha Quadrant powers, against the Vendoth in the Sol system. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "United We Stand")

March

• 27 March (stardate 52932.9): Julian Bashir is nearly killed in a Section 31 attack. USS Hood captain James Traficant is implicated. USS Baldwin captain Richie Kennedy assisted in a successfully defending captain Traficant. (USS Baldwin: "Shadow Justice")

April

• A Borg attack threatens the planet of Trunkola. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X: "The Return of the Borg")
• 26 April (stardate 53012.6): Section 31 made another attempt on Julian Bashir. Richie Kennedy managed to to thwart the attack, but Sara Jackson was caught in the crossfire. Using Vorta cloning techniques, Richie was able to revive the young lieutenant. (USS Baldwin: "Infinity")

June

• 18 June (stardate 53149.9): The USS Wasp encountered two Jem'Hadar attack ships while charting subspace currents along the Cardassian border. The USS Baldwin is sent to investigate, and determines that the ships are running under the flag of Khan. An away team consisting of Captain Richie Kennedy, Bridget, Laura Bennett, and Sara Jackson went down to infiltrate Khan's headquarters and are briefly captured. (USS Baldwin: "Evolution")

• 27 June (stardate 53173.5): Richie Kennedy briefed Starfleet Command about Khan and begun a relationship with Bridget. The USS Hood begins regular patrols of the space held by Khan. (USS Baldwin: "Blue Clear Sky")

• 28 June: A subspace wave crippled several ships around the badlands, including the Hood and the USS Wildfire ((USS Baldwin: "Blue Clear Sky")

• 23 August: Lieutenant Commander Ashley Morgan destroys a Borg transwarp hub in the Gelis Expanse and is infected with Borg nanoprobes. (Star Trek Crusader)
• 25 August: Commander Vaneesa Ann Yates is irreversibly poisoned by the Berthold implant when she came in contact with nanoprobes that cleansed her of Omicron spore in her DNA. (Star Trek Crusader)

• 11 September: USS Baldwin investigates the source of the subspace wave in the badlands. Bridget discovers she is pregnant with her first child. (USS Baldwin: "Boats to Build")

• 5 November (stardate 53517.6): USS Baldwin captain Richie Kennedy marries Bridget in a ceremony at Quark's on Deep Space Nine. Admiral William Ross officiates the ceremony. (USS Baldwin: "Drift off to Dream")

• 3 May (stardate 53028.7): Leonard McCoy passes away after an extended illness. He is buried next to James T. Kirk on the surface of Veridian III (USS Baldwin: "Home")
