The Morgana Incident: The USS Morgana visits the Romulan colony Tavin IV to negotiate a lasting peace between the colonists and the Romulan government. The Morgana's commanding officer Captain Marcos sympathizes with the colonists and supplies them weapons, resulting in a massacre. Lieutenant Rachel Covaks, chief of security aboard the Morgana, leads a mutiny against Marcos and the Morgana's first officer over the deaths, ending with most of the Morgana's senior officers being court-martialed.
