- The return of the Iconians:
- On New Romulus, an Iconian Gateway is discovered and its gateway network activated. The abandoned Solanae Dyson Sphere is accessed and discovered in the Delta Quadrant and a Dyson Joint Command is formed to investigate, support, and combat Voth and Undine within it. (Star Trek Online: "Sphere of Influence", "Circles within Circles")
- The Iconians reveal themselves, pushing the Federation and the Klingon Empire into a cease-fire after five years of conflict. (Star Trek Online: "Surface Tension")
- The Iconians go to war with the Alpha Quadrant. The Iconian War ends after a final confrontation at Earth and a time travel paradox and incursion in which a crew is temporarily sent back to Iconia in the past. Upon return, and the return of the Iconians' World Heart, the Iconians return to their world to rebuild their civilization. (Star Trek Online: "Uneasy Allies", "Midnight")
- The beginnings of an Alliance between the Federation, Klingon Empire, Romulans and others are begun at a summit, but is interrupted by a Na'kuhl attack that begins a conflict with the Na'kuhl across space and time. (Star Trek Online: "The Temporal Front")
- The Nibiru of the alternate reality begin infusing the prime universe's Vulcan sector with space-time psionics, that initiate micro black holes and partially reactivate Oroku Seifer's Calibus VII sickness, in an intent on terraforming half the quadrant into a shared space. Mayhem then stops the phenomenon with purple matter. The same kind of micro black holes open in Romulan space's Azure sector, and in Klingon space's Qo'noS sector, both which are also put to a stop with the involvement of Task Force Epsilon. - Earth is threatened by a changeling and Q masquerading as Fleet Admiral Nat Wallace. (Earth Spacedock: Page 18)

- KDF Brigadier General K'Ragh and Starfleet's Kanril Eleya cooperate in the salvage of an ancient warship from the first days of the Klingon Empire (The War of the Masters)
