Masters of the Ultimate Power is the thirtieth and final episode of 30 Worlds, a fan-fiction series written by William "Blissey" Raymer about a group of characters who are tasked with defeating a group named the Army of Inter-Universal Chaos.
While the majority of the story takes place in the native dimensions of characters from non-Star Trek properties, the final "Book" of the story takes place concurrently to the final battle against the Borg and in the one-year time jump between that battle and the re-commissioning of the USS Titan (NCC-80102-A) as the USS Enterprise-G, as seen in the Star Trek: Picard series finale episode "The Last Generation".
In addition, versions of the Star Trek: Prodigy characters Dal R'El, Gwyndala, Jankom Pog, Zero, Rok-Tahk, Murf and Hologram Janeway appear (although they are depicted as "Toon" actors who perform in the Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers world's version of the Prodigy series).
