The 377th Marine Strike Group was a marine strike group embarked on the Akira-class heavy cruiser USS Southern Cross beginning in 2384. Prior to 2384, it had been the 377th Marine Expeditionary Unit attached to the Starfleet Marine Corps Eleventh Brigade, Fourth Battalion. (Citation needed)
The nickname for the 377th was the "Thunder From Downunder". The unit motto was "We're here to eat your lunch." (Citation needed)
