Brousseau was a caregiver for Eobard Minard during his younger years, when his father Erick Minard was away on missions. In the 2390s, when Eobard had become commanding officer of the USS Constar (NCC-1036-B), he played back a message given to him by Adrel after the Dominion War was over. (Faith)
