Aidan was born in 2128 (In Between Days:Reversal).
He, along with Brooks Haynem, Jennifer Crossman, Chandler Masterson, Meredith Porter, Joshua Rosen, José Torres, Elizabeth Cutler, Judy Kelly and Michael Rostov, was a part of a competition to develop an improved form of inertial dampers (In Between Days:Where No Gerbil Has Gone Before).
Starfleet[]
Aidan was with the Enterprise from the very beginning. He worked in Tactical, often on the night shift, and was considered second only to Malcolm Reed in terms of talent (In Between Days:Reversal).
He roomed with Chandler Masterson (In Between Days:Where No Gerbil Has Gone Before). Together, they ran Movie night, with Chip providing an introduction and commentary, and Aidan acting as the projectionist (In Between Days:Broken Seal, Fortune).
First temporal dislocation due to a Kovaalan particle wake[]
When the Enterprise was first sent back to 2037, Aidan pursued Jennifer Crossman, a fact that only sometimes pleased her. They married on August 31, 2038, after moving in together, in September of 2037 (In Between Days:Reflections Down a Corridor, In Between Days:Entanglements).

During the second temporal displacement, Jenny and Aidan got together a lot earlier, and married again, but in 2037. This time, they had a child, Steven (In Between Days:Everybody Knows This is Nowhere).

He met Jay Hayes's ex-girlfriend, Susan Cheshire, some time after she was hired onto Malcolm Reed's ship, to work as a teacher for the children on board (In Between Days:Fortune).
