Albert Rice

Albert "Bertie" Rice was the Chief of Operations of Starbase 134 in the late 23rd century. (Star Trek: The Intrepid Adventures)

Early life before Starfleet

Bertie was born on October 16, 2221 human calendar time on Earth in Stratford, England.

Chronology

• 2221: Bertie is born on Earth in Stratford, England.
• 2241: Bertie enters Starfleet Academy
• 2245: Bertie graduates Starfleet Academy. He is promoted to Ensign. His first assignment is the USS Carson as an Environmental Officer.
• 2250: Bertie is promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and assigned to the USS Cody as the Assistant Chief Environmental Officer.
• 2255: Bertie is promoted to full Lieutenant and assigned to the USS Anibus as the Chief Environmental Officer.
• 2260: Bertie is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and is made the Chief Environmental Officer on the USS Defiant.
• 2265: Bertie is promoted to full Commander and assigned to the USS Federation as the Chief Operations Officer. 
• 2270: Bertie is promoted to Captain and is Chief Operations Officer of Starbase 134.
