Biography[]
Gantumur was Welsh, but her mother was Kurdish. ("Brother on Brother, Daughter on Mother")
In 2410, Gantumur held the rank of lieutenant. Following the Iconian invasion, Gantumur was assigned to the USS Bajor to lead its assault team, replacing the deceased Senior Chief Petty Officer Athezra Darrod. She was introduced to Captain Kanril Eleya at a poker game between several senior and junior officers. ("All In")

In 2411, Gantumur deployed with the assault team in a raid on a Borg outpost on Delta-86017114-3, holding the landing zone as a diversion while Lieutenant Rachel Connor led MACO Unit 131 into the installation.
