The American Revolution, as seen through the Guardian of Forever.

The American Revolutionary War, also known as the American War of Independence, was a conflict between the Kingdom of Great Britain and her 13 North American colonies on Earth's North American continent between 1775 and 1783. The colonies won the war, creating the United States of America as a result.

General George Washington led the revolution, and became the United States' first president.

In 2267, portions of the American Revolutionary War were visible to USS Enterprise staff through the Guardian of Forever. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")
