Anthony Lobato

Captain Anthony Lobato was a Starfleet line officer serving during the late 24th century. (Constar Completed, "Raincross")

Starfleet career

Lobato had previously served on the USS Constar. He'd been one of the survivors of the Battle of Wolf 359 in 2367, and Erick Minard had asked him to join the Constar crew. (Constar Completed: "Plush")

Lobato was commanding officer of the USS Raincross in the 2370s and 80s. (Constar Completed: "The Heat of the Moment", "Gawds and Monsters", "Raincross")

While exploring the Typhon Expanse in the 2370s, Lobato and the crew of the Raincross discovered a planet with large amounts of quadlithium, as well as encrypted messages. One of those was a captain's log that Lobato sent to himself from a possible future. ('"he Heat of the Moment")

He was acting commanding officer of the USS Odyssey when Erick Minard went inexplicably AWOL three months after a rescue from the Borg. (Constar Completed: "Odyssey, Part 2")

In 2385, Lobato was one of the starship commanding officers who defied the Fleetwide ban on synths. ("Raincross")

At some point in the mid-2380s, Captain Lobato was in command of a Galaxy-class explorer with the registry NCC-1707-D. He welcomed a veteran Starfleet admiral from the past, whose ship had traveled forward in time. (Constar Concludes: "Out of Time Man")

The era was indicated by the uniform that Lobato wore.
