Audrey Johnson

Commander Audrey Alexia "Lexie" Johnson was a Federation Starfleet line and security officer assigned to the USS Tristan in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries. By 2306, she served as the executive officer as well as the chief of security. ("Seeing in the Dark", "Night Shift")

Early service on Tristan[]

As a junior officer, Johnson was considered experienced enough to take the conn while senior officers were on an away mission. ("Between Two Worlds")

At some point, Johnson transferred to beta shift bridge duties, and got to know better those also assigned. ("36 Hours")

Johnson helped avert a loss of life on Spacelab Delphina VIII, but was nearly killed in the explosion. Pursuant to Starfleet regulation 9-1-2 -- "Any officer who places him-, her-, or itself in mortal danger, in order to achieve a mission objective, is to receive a psychological examination, followed by 36 hours off duty for rest and recuperation" -- she took the required time off, and updated family members on her life aboard Tristan. ("36 Hours")

Family[]

Both of Johnson's birth parents were Starfleet officers, who died when she was young. She was raised by her grandmother in North America.

There is an inconsistency to this in "36 Hours", when Johnson sends a stargram to her parents. It's possible that these might be adoptive parents.

Johnson stated at least once that she was "married to [her] career." ("36 Hours")
