Azetbur, daughter of Gorkon, was the Chancellor of the Klingon High Council beginning in 2293. She became Chancellor following the assassination of her father, who was her predecessor. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)

Azetbur led the Klingon Empire through the ISC War of Pacification, although the Klingon Empire played a limited role in the conflict. (Star Fleet Battles, Star Trek: False Vacuum: "Structural Unemployment")
