The USS Prometheus was built there, and launched in 2374. (VOY: "Ship in a Bottle")
The USS Phoenix-X is registered as being launched from there in 2374, but in truth was not. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

During the Federation Civil War, the shipyards were under the control of the "patriot" fleet. The USS Dauntless (NCC-74912) was launched from there in 2373, under the command of Captain Timothy Barranco.
Several months later, the USS Prometheus (NX-74913) was launched from Beta Antares yards on stardate 50749.5. (Star Trek: Pendragon)
