Synopsis[]
The USS Pioneer encounters a Romulan Warbird in the Oralian sector. The Romulan commander claims that they just want to open up trade with the So'ja. Kelsoe invites the Romulan Commander, L'mar, and his first officer over for dinner. Soon it becomes apparent that the Romulans have different reasons for venturing into the Oralian sector.
