Borg tactical cube

The Borg Class 4 tactical vessel was a type of heavily armed Borg cube utilized by the Borg Collective. The cube had added protection over a normal cube thanks to the addition of extensive ablative armour over its surface.

The first vessel of this type encountered by Starfleet was in 2376 by the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero, Part I")

In an alternate reality experienced by the crew of the USS Dragon-A and USS Excelsior encounter a tactical cube in the Marauder Nebula while trying to return to their home realities. (Star Trek: Dragon: "Borg Invasion")
