Brian Gross

Brian Gross is a professional actor who played James T. Kirk in Star Trek: New Voyages. Like Kirk, he is also from Iowa.

He took over the role from James Cawley, beginning with the vignette "Going Boldly". He then appeared in episodes "Mind-Sifter" and "The Holiest Thing".

Gross is married to Jacy King who played Carol Marcus in "The Holiest Thing".

According to IMDb, he was set to appear in two more episodes of New Voyages, before the series was halted.
