- The Cantabrian is one of the starships sacrificed in order to stop the Dark Starship.
- Three days before his birthday – indicating part of this episode takes place around 25 November 2373 – Noah Wrightson sacrifices himself in order to stop the temporal weapon, being sent somewhere unknown in time-space.
- The episode ends with some threads for Season 3, including a distraught Daniel Radke turning after Wrightson's disappearance and punching Delaney so hard he fractures her skull in three places, leading to a court martial for assault of a civilian between Seasons 2 and 3.
