Carnelians are a humanoid species in the Federation. (TOSS)
Physiology[]
Carneilans have crimson skin and no hair. They have horns on the tops of their heads; some have two horns, others four. In addition to two arms and two legs, they have vestigial wings growing from shoulder blades, and a tail. They have three fingers and a thumb on each hand.
