Catalena Rinne

Catalena Rinne was a court martial judge at the employ of the Lyran Starfleet Judge Advocate General who later became the first officer of the Enterprise (BC-348). She was most famous for demoting Senior commodore Akeelah to Captain and assigning her to command the Enterprise as punishment. She also ran in the Malachor Grand Prix against Brianna Reiss, narrowly losing her heat aboard her soapbox car. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Highly Illogical")

Before she was returned to the Court Martial of Appeals for the Iron Fang County circuit, she also assumed the position of operations manager on the Enterprise. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Attack on the Laboratory")
