Fan fiction series

A fan fiction series is a serialized set or grouping of stories under one title. Series' are often subcategorized into "episodes" within "seasons", but are not necessarily always exclusive to those parameters. A fan fiction series may also be a wrapping for an abundance of short stories, novelettes, novellas, novels or comics set around the same group of people or, in Star Trek, usually around the crew of a starship.
