Catherine Giltia was the records officer of the RIS Bouteina. She was fond of fast food, to the point of entering an holodeck challenge with Dhiemm and Lovestospooch in order to eat three pizzas before a Pac-Man could eat them. Also, she took part in an away mission that pertained to finding a new supply and methods to breed gagh. (RIS Bouteina: "Marriage and Honeymoon")
A consummate Monopoly player, she earned her rank of enarrain due to the pivotal role she played in freeing the Lyran crew of a shipwrecked cutter. She even won 47 preliminary games before the semifinal game of the Monopoly tournament that allowed her to free the Lyran crewmen from the hostile aliens. Ultimately, she won the tournament and she became a semi-professional Monopoly player, winning the Lyran Starfleet Medal of Commendation. (RIS Bouteina: "TV Dinner")
Also, she seemed to be an adept financier as she started a holdings company, called Bouteina Holdings LLC, in the aftermath of the Evacuation of Romulus, taking advantage of the real estate crisis the Romulan Star Empire faced.
