Centurion in the Romulan Star Navy was equivalent to a Starfleet captain.
In the Romulan Ground Forces, a centurion was a rank above major and below general making it roughly equivalent of a colonel in other militaries. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)

- Enarrain/Senior centurion (Lieutenant commander; most senior and also known as khre'arrain)
- Arrain/Centurion (Lieutenant)
- Erei'Arrain/Subcenturion (Lieutenant junior grade; most junior)
