Christopher Barrett Doohan (born 28 June 1959) is the son of Star Trek actor James Doohan who played the original Montgomery "Scotty" Scott. Chris has appeared in small roles in the Star Trek films Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek, and Star Trek Into Darkness. He's also done voice work for Star Trek Online.
Chris, inheriting the role from his father, played Scotty for the fan film series Star Trek Continues. He's also done voice work for Starship Farragut and Star Trek: Phase II. Voicing Thelin and Arex, both characters his father voiced for Star Trek: The Animated Series.
For his work in Star Trek Continues, he was twice nominated (in 2017 and 2018) for a Bjo Award.
