Colev was a Denobulan member of Starfleet. He was extremely intelligent, but also rude and arrogant.
In 2266, he held the rank of ensign and was the navigator for the USS Bismarck. His youthful stand offish attitude irritated many of the crew but none more then Lt. Cmdr. Anten. The two were often seen bickering at one another. (Star Trek: Eagle)
