"Cookies" was the fourth episode in the first season of Star Trek: Phoenix-X.
Summary
Everyone on board the Phoenix-X is suddenly knocked unconscious except for the Captain. It's suddenly up to him to stop two intruders who intend to take over the ship. But it's no easy task when the real reason for the intrusion is revealed. The Phoenix-X and a group of Starfleet vessels are then forced to stop a big and new threat.
