The Council of Ministers (also known as the Chamber of Ministers) was the ruling body of the Bajoran Provisional Government. It was led by the First Minister. Along with the Vedek Assembly, the Council was responsible for most matters of government on Bajor. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)
