"Crash Bandits" (or "Crash Bandits Remake") was the fifth episode in the first season of Star Trek: Phoenix-X and the fifth "Remake" variant episode of the sixth season as a result of its rewrite.
Summary[]
A conspiratory Starfleet officer named Dawn Relic forces the USS Phoenix-X into ultra transwarp, splitting it into three vectors and crashing it on the planet Cretacia.

Background information[]
- In the original chatfic, this episode finally establishes the Phoenix-X as a Prometheus-class ship. Whereas, in the rewrites, this was established in the first episode.
- The episode was renamed from "Crash Bandicoots" in December 2022. The previous title incarnation was named after the Sony Playstation game "Crash Bandicoot".
