D'HamYu T'HoD

D'HamYu T'HoD, an Efrosian, was a Federation Starfleet communications, intelligence, and line officer on active duty in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries. (Star Trek: Avenger)

T'HoD was initially assigned to the USS Avenger in 2296 as a security specialist (intelligence). A year later, he went on extended leave, and returned to Starfleet in 2301. He was a communications officer on the USS Highlander for over a year, with a promotion to lieutenant commander and chief of communications in relatively short order.

Later in 2302, T'HoD transferred back to Avenger to become its chief of communications. He was promoted to full commander and then captain the following year. In February of 2304, he was promoted to executive officer and received a promotion in grade to fleet captain later that year.

Fleet Captain T'HoD left Avenger in November of 2313.

Previous Starfleet career

While at Starfleet Academy, T'HoD was a member of the elite Red Squad for two years, and squad leader for one year.

T'HoD's shipmates had reason to believe he had been involved extensively with Starfleet Intelligence, though only a select few had a high enough clearance to confirm (or deny) that involvement.

Early life and family

T'HoD had been raised in the warrior-priest caste on Efros. He had a flare for the dramatic, and was accomplished in the art of storytelling. Early in his Starfleet career, T'HoD developed a fascination with Earth's Scottish people and culture, adopting many of that culture's styles and behaviors.
