Dr. Thelev
Doctor D'Vin Thelev was one of several Andorians to join Starfleet. He served aboard the USS Saladin as Chief Medical Officer for most of his career. He was of a warrior race, but had a good bedside manner and genuinely cared for his patients physical and mental well-being. (Starship Saladin)
