Dalek Kagan

Dalek Kagan was a Federation Starfleet communications and line officer, serving in the late 23rd and early 24th centuries. (Star Trek: Avenger: "The Map", "What Price Knowledge?", "The Road Goes Ever On")

Kagan served in communications billets on USS Avenger, starting in 2294. She was promoted to lieutenant commander and named chief of communications in 2297. While promoted to full commander in 2300, she stepped down from the division chief billet the following year.

She was promoted to captain in 2304 and returned to the billet of chief of communications; in 2305, she was given additional responsibilites as Avenger second officer.

Captain Kagan transferred off Avenger in 2310.

Previous Starfleet career

Kagan served aboard Deep Space Station K-7 from 2284 to 2286, then the USS Endeavor from 2287 to 2293.

Kagan was born in New York, North America.
