Ensign Datha Bray'Lemus Tavli, Prince of Para Lavo was a pilot and relief flight controller of the Federation starship USS Gustav P. Remington. His older brother was one of Captain Boswell's students at the Academy.
Both he and his brother were sons of Lemus VII Tavli, King of Rellazus, and Datha was second in line to the throne behind his brother, who was the operations manager of the USS Edinburgh. Both served in Starfleet due to the Rellazi law of succession requiring military service before succeeding to the throne. (Star Trek: Remington)
