David Harman was chief engineer on the USS Striker, previously serving onboard the USS Expedition and USS Korgoth. (Star Trek: Generation Fleet Forum)
History[]
David was born in Jamestown Pennsylvania on Earth in 2358. His family was mainly into custodial occupations, he strived his early life to escape the mainstream of earth, and travel among the stars. In 2373 with the start of the Dominion War he tried to enlist into Starfleet but was turned away due to his age. Determined, he picked up his grades the following year, and enrolled into Starfleet Academy. He would graduate with honors in 2378, and post on the USS Expedition as an engineer.
USS Expedition[]
On the Expedition he would excel in the field of engineering. With voyages into the Delta Quadrant, he would experiment with many new technologies as well. In 2381 he met Jessica Larsen, a warp theorist from the Daystrom Institute. They would start an affair that would lead into marriage in 2383. With the increased aggressions at Deep Space 10, Jessica returned to Earth in 2385. In 2386 David would be one of the survivors that evacuated before the Expedition was destroyed.
USS Korgoth[]
David would find himself later on the USS Korgoth as Chief Engineer. He was impressed by the Warp Matter/Antimatter Reaction Chamber that was used on the ship as it was one of a kind. With tensions resolved in 2388, the Korgoth was placed in the reserve fleet, and David transferred to the USS Striker.
