Declan was born on October 31, 2161 (In Between Days:Fortune), on Lafa II.
He attended school with his part-siblings and eventually attended Oxford in London, England, where he became an artist in residence (In Between Days:Fortune, In Between Days:The Decision).
Declan was the only prime timeline child of Malcolm Reed (In Between Days:Temper).
After Charles Tucker III's death, Malcolm and Lili gave Declan a middle name of Charles.
First temporal dislocation due to pulse shot[]
When the Empress Hoshi Sato (mirror) experimented with temporal mechanics and transuniversal crossovers, Declan was pulled into the Mirror universe by his siblings. While Joss Beckett was able to thrive as a baseball star, Marie Patrice Beckett befriended the Empress's only daughter, Takara Masterson Sato, and Thomas Digiorno-Madden became a soldier and courted Takara, Declan, known as DR, was an outcast, often abused by the Empress and her children(In Between Days:Temper).
