The Delta Flyer was a shuttlecraft designed and constructed by the crew of the USS Voyager during their time in the Delta Quadrant. A unique vessel it was a mix of Starfleet and Borg technology and was designed to handle the dangerous conditions in the Delta Quadrant. (VOY: "Extreme Risk")

In late 2376, the Delta Flyer was destroyed during a mission to infiltrate a number of Voyager's crew into a Borg Tactical Cube. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero")

A nearly identical craft was built to replace the destroyed shuttle and was named the Delta Flyer II. (VOY: "Drive")
