"Department Heads" was the second Ragnarok episode of Star Trek: Phoenix-X, a spinoff series utilizing Captain Oroku Seifer from the Star Trek Online: Literary Challenges and Earth Spacedock. The series was posted on the Arc Forums where it was umbrella-titled Anthology of Ragnarok, as well as backed up on the Star Trek: Phoenix-X website.

Summary

Captain Oroku Seifer holds his first meeting aboard the USS Ragnarok, until a Verathan artifact threatens everyone's lives.
