Lieutenant Junior Grade Donna Belding was a Starfleet officer in the late 24th century.

In late 2375, USS Baldwin captain Patrick Ingrum recruited Donna as his tactical officer, which she accepted. In addition to her duties at tactical, she had served as a Bridge Officer (USS Baldwin: "Boats to Build") and helped out in astrometrics and sickbay. She assisted in the delivery of Captain Ingrum's first daughter, Tiana, in the early morning hours of May 9, 2377. (USS Baldwin: "Frontiers")

Family[]

Donna's mother was the captain of the USS Kitty Hawk in 2368. By 2375, she was an instructor at Starfleet Academy.

Personal relationships[]

Donna's mother had introduced her to Patrick Ingrum sometime prior to 2375. They became quick friends. In 2375, they had an informal dinner with him aboard Starbase 291, where he recruited her for the vacant tactical officer position. Prior to their meeting, they had not seen each other in a long time. Patrick subsequently promised the Admiral that he would take care of her little girl. (USS Baldwin: "Trouble in Paradise") She also participated with friends in a game of Texas hold 'em poker with Patrick, Bridget, and Sara Jackson at Patrick's first poker night in 2377. (USS Baldwin: "Reaction to Action")
