Captain Donovan "Don" Mitchell was a Federation Starfleet line officer, serving in the late 24th century.

In a conversation with his daughter Chloe in the 2390s, Donovan told her his wife kept him together after the Dominion War and the Romulan supernova, but then she died. (Unsteady)
