Down to Earth with Zach Jasper is a 2016 fan film, from the production team of Pacific 201.
In 2200, a talk-show host, Zach Jasper, asserts to Commander Alisa Vandre, the newly-minted executive officer of the USS Pacific, that the deaths of seven million during the Xindi attack of 2153 and the 12 million killed during the Earth-Romulan War are not worth the potential benefits of space exploration.
