Captain Elaine Aldredge, M.D., was a Federation Starfleet medical officer on active duty in the 24th century. She was chief medical officer of the Narendra-class USS Avenger during her maiden voyage that began in 2321. (Star Trek: Avenger)

Dr. Aldredge had served as chief medical officer of the previous USS Avenger.
