Although born in the 2260's Eobard was transported into the future by Valhalla stone. It would be nearly a century before he was reunited with his father (Tilt-a-whirl)
24th century[]
During his younger years, when his father Erick Minard was away on missions, Eobard's caretaker was a Trill science officer, Adrel Brousseau. In the 2390s, when Eobard had become CO of the Constar-B, he played back a message given to him by Adrel after the Dominion War was over. (Faith)
