"Even Roses Smell Like..." was the twenty-seventh "unofficial" episode of Star Trek: Phoenix-X and the second "unofficial" episode of the sixth season. It was the twenty-seventh Star Trek: Phoenix-X entry for the Star Trek Online: Unofficial Literary Challenge and was the only Star Trek: Phoenix-X entry for the thirty-ninth challenge of those unofficial challenges. It focused on Captain Kronen and the crew of the IKS Dragunov.

Summary

Captain Kronen attempts to interfere in the love-lives of Ferasan officers Linng and Norren with disastrous results.
