Ferby Ter'cal was a Starfleet officer from the 27th century. (Star Trek: Mirror Wars)
Brief history[]
Born on Earth to two Bajorans. Went to Starfleet Academy in the year 2590, at the age of 18. He graduated in 2594 and served on the USS Kelborn under the command of William Deker. He was promoted to lieutenant in the year 2597 and promoted to lieutenant commander in 2599 because he went above and beyond the call of duty in a crisis, when a Romulan strike force tried to attack Earth (the Romulan Crisis).
He served as tactical officer on the Kelborn for three more years until he was assigned to the USS Majestic, under the command of James Obeska. He was on the Majestic's maiden voyage when it was ordered to the planet Vulcan to defend the planet from the mirror universe invasion fleet (episode 4).
