Tolochon II is a planet deep within the Romulan Neutral Zone in the Tolochon system and was previously home to the Exomorph master control facility. Its extreme climate conditions and rivers of lava make it a most inhospitable world.
In 2380 the rogue Romulan faction the Empty Crown took control of the planet with the intent to use the facility to take control of the Romulan Star Empire. Fortunately the Hazard Team lead an assault on the facility and Alexander Munro was able to destroy the control facility after killing the Archeopendra. (VOY video game: Star Trek: Elite Force II)
