The Cardassian Fourth Order was a military unit in the Cardassian Guard.

Known as the "Home Guard," the Fourth Order is responsible for the defense of the inner systems of the Cardassian Union, including Cardassia Prime. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)

This element of the Cardassian Guard was often found in the vicinity of Deep Space Nine, as well as maintaining a presence around the Badlands and DMZ. Known guls include Trepar and Evek. (DS9: "Emissary", "Ties of Blood and Water", VOY: "Caretaker")
