A graviton pulse consists of graviton particles in a tightly-focused concentration.

In 2367, second officer Kari Eriksson and chief engineer Michael Greene modified the USS Prospect's navigational deflector to emit a graviton pulse to disperse tetryon particles from an anomaly based aboard the USS Artemis. It allowed the Prospect to beam back their away team being held hostage by the M'Tar. (Star Trek: The Prospect Chronicles: "Lady Lazarus")

In 2373, Captain Noah Wrightson modified Deep Space 4 systems to disrupt the Treaty Killers' warp drive for long enough to allow the USS Aotearoa to make an escape from the area. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Repercussions")
