Early life before Starfleet

Greg was born on March 3, 2217 human calendar time on Earth in Riverside, Iowa.

Chronology

• 2217: Greg is born on Earth in Riverside, Iowa.
• 2233: Greg enters Starfleet Academy
• 2237: Greg graduates Starfleet Academy. He is promoted to Ensign. His first assignment is Starbase 3 as an Engineer.
• 2240: Greg is promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and assigned to Starbase 10 as an Engineer.
• 2243: Greg is promoted to full Lieutenant and assigned to Starbase 2 as an Engineer.
• 2245: Greg is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and is made Senior Engineer.
• 2248: Greg is promoted to full Commander and assigned to Starbase 20 as the Assistant Chief Engineer. 
• 2253: Greg is promoted to Captain and Captain of Engineering of Starbase 4.
• 2258: Greg is promoted to Fleet Captain and is made First Officer at Starbase 21.
• 2262: Greg is promoted to Commodore and is made Commanding Officer of Starbase 26.
• 2270: Greg is promoted to Rear Admiral and is assigned to Starbase 16 as Sector 003 Commander.
