Summary

Samantha Delaney's next target appears to be the New Yoff colony, and Starfleet orders the USS Cantabrian to evacuate the colony. Many colonists, including Marie Bourget's parents, refuse to leave. Meanwhile, Delaney tests Helena Bourget's loyalty by aiming her temporal weapon at her grandparent's colony...
